The owner to Ceci’s beauty salon told me that after they reopen from this horrible pandemic that we are still experiencing, that she will not be cleaning like it is being ordered and that none of her clients have to wear masks if they don’t want to.. This women clearly doesnt care about her clients only the money.. And the owner to the salon is a racist she hates blacks.
