Zero customer service. Too difficult to explain things in proper matter

Customer service was horrible from the teller and the bank manager. I was trying to deposit two checks from Chase and they was telling me I couldn’t deposit those checks from the same bank because it had to be endorsed properly, when I contact the 1800 customer service they said that they were wrong not allowing me to deposit those checks and on the same day I went to another chase bank office and had no problem at all. Try to stay away from this branch they need to learn how to talk and treat their clients. I don’t know how chase hired tellers and branch managers like that. Stay away from this branch..just drive some other place

I tried to make an appointment. I called for a few days and no one answered. Finally when someone answered, she told me I didn’t need an appointment. The day I went to solve my problem, it took hours for an agent to help me. People in line were also upset with the service. Very bad customer service.

This Chace location sucks, I arrive here to open an account, there was 2 employes working and there’s was 2 people in front of me I took me 50 minutes to be seated, and there was a line of another 4 costumers wating, the last one was probably there for 5 hours 🤣😂
