Today is the 2nd time that she is rude with me. This bank has a terrible customer service i believe that the person name is Rudy Carrera, she is horrible. Cashbox #6 that’s the name on the transaction Summary.

Me and my fiance came to combine our accounts on a Saturday. We got here at 1220. We weren’t even greeted and were immediately told “I’m sorry we can’t help you. If you want you can speak to my supervisor”. Horrible customer service. They didn’t even want to try and help us. We even overheard one of the employees say “I’m not helping them”. Ridiculous. Needless to say. We will be taking our money elsewhere.

This Chase branch does not even answer their phones. what can you expect from the rest of chase banks .most of them no longer have to write thru systems I’m banking a different bank from now .. The hell with chase bank ….
