Children And Families Access Office (Closed Temporarily)

The staff should be more attentive when it comes to helping people who go for the first time and have no idea how to make an application. the people in room 3 should have more patience especially with old people who obviously require time and dedication. I understand how tedious it can be but it is their job and the government pays them to attend to all types of staff. From my experience, since the man at the front desk he was not very patient with me. they should invest to train staff in “customer service”. BUT I must emphasize that a couple of women were kind, and attracted to everyone and because of the number of people, it was impossible for them to help everyone at the same time.

The ladies in this facility are extremely helpful. They try to be as quick as possible while helping every single person that comes in that office, the majority of which are Spanish speaking only and even still these women do what they need to ensure everyone is helped in a timely manor and they do it with a smile on their face.

Needed to turn in a form for my case worker to receive and everything happen so fast and quickly that I was highly satisfied.

Those animals are heartless, they doing a very bad job, and confused everything. So rude, Government needs to put attention in this office in Particular. They don’t care anything.

This place is horrible. There employees are so rude I have never been this disrespected in my life
