City Furniture Doral

Jose Robinson was the sale representative and treated us like 5 five stars. But after a 5000 + purchase they still charge us for the premium delivery to ensamble the furniture in our house! Completely unfair! We have bought in other stores and they never charge for ensamble when you already spent that amount in the store.

I recently moved to a new apartment in Orlando but while I was living in south Florida I visited the Doral location since I have read it was new and was hoping to see the latest models city furniture offered. When I walked into the store I was greeted very kindly at the door and was introduced to a sales representative Oscar Rodriguez. I explained to Oscar what I was looking for and let him know it’s for a 1/1 apartment in Orlando. Not only did Oscar show me great options within my budget but he was able to work with me to have the furniture shipped from the Orlando location to my apartment on the weekend I moved up here. Oscar was very professional, kind, and understanding. The Doral location was modern and offered so many wonderful options.

Went to CF to “look” around and walked out buying patio furniture, a dining table set and server all “thanks” to Oscar, who was the most patient and helpful sales associate! He went above and beyond helping me decide (I’m very picky) furniture as i mixed and matched pieces and not for one second did I feel rushed or felt he was pushy. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! The delivery process took a little longer than expected because there was a piece missing (I opted to have one bulk delivery vs multiple deliveries) but everything was smooth and I’m beyond pleased with my new furniture! Thank you Oscar, you have a lifelong customer!

Pierre was super helpful, not pushy at all and made the process super smooth. Theres an area for you to grab some snacks and drinks which was a plus! 2 floors of many, many styles depending on your taste. Highly recommend this new location.

I had the pleasure of visiting the City Furniture Doral showroom during its opening weekend. This store is incredibly impressive! The layout and furniture are insanely beautiful. Our sales person Emanuel Salinas was so so nice! He was very knowledgeable about the product & was beyond patience while we looked around. He even brought chairs up and down the stairs so that we could see different layouts for our new dining room. We’re excited to come back and get our bedroom set with him!
