Great place for baby’s ear piercing! Daniela did an amazing job!

I went to get my second ear piercing and nothing bad happened but the lady who pierced my ears Daniela didn’t show me how to care for the piercing. All she did was just pierced and told me I could get up and then went to the register and put all the items I purchased in my bag.

I got my ears pierced here and I’ve seen no irritation! My ear gets to breathe! Go on Saturdays around 3 and 4 and ask for ear piercings and the person who does them will do them PERFECT!! Awesome place I really recommend this place!

Celebrated my daughter’s 7th Birthday…yes you can celebrate at Claire’s and I have to say…customer service was above and beyond. Laura,who even met with me in her day off at the store to finalize details,

and Daniela were awesome.I have no imagination so they took care of activities, dressed up for my unicorn theme and the store looked awesome. I will recommend it totally stress free and budget friendly.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my visit. No one greeted me as I entered which I found unusual… My daughter fell in love with a bath bomb and asked me if she could have it…there was a sign on it that said ” All bath bombs $4″ which is not by the way a great price…as I approached the register “Karla” the sales person seemed to be nice…I asked my daughter if she would rather get an LOL surprise little sister doll better…since she would at least have something left to play with not like the bath bomb. “Karla” tried to convince her as well but her heart was set on the bath bomb.
She rang me up and said $7.80
So I told her oh no they are on sale look at the sign…and she said no they are not it would come up on the system. She said I will ask my manager….she went in the back and asked Danielle…apparently the assistant manager.
She came out and said only the ones marked
$4 are. So I told they needed to remove the sign, annoyed she asked me ” do you want it or not? And I said yes I want it for $4.
I told her go in the back and tell the manager I want to speak to her. Very annoyed she went to the back again and when she came out she was laughing…went to the register and said $4.28 I paid she gave me the receipt and didn’t say anything. I find it amusing that she couldn’t believe I didn’t want to pay full price since she probably has to work a whole hour for that amount of money…
Obviously none of them no anything about customer service!!!
