Club Pilates

I never write reviews but seeing certain bad comments here, I can personally say that this is one of the best pilates I’ve been to. the trainers are super good, the ladies at the front desk are very helpful, I’ve had some mistakes in booking my classes and they’ve helped me to fix it and showed me how to do it better.
My body feels much better after starting there about 5 months ago. The people I’ve met there and talked with them there is no one who has made any complaints. You have to know this studio personally… I know we always check the reviews before call or stop by some business but you need to know them by yourself. I’m really happy with this pilates studio.

I’m giving this studio one star as a kindness to their instructors, who are great. But beware of the terrible management here and be careful when you sign up for a membership because they will put you on a contract and sign your contract FOR YOU without your knowledge. And when you point this out, they will deny doing so!

I signed up for a month of classes here and after my month was over, I was automatically charged for the next month. I reached out to the studio about refunding the charge because I never agreed to auto-renewal and Jamie gave me so much attitude. She didn’t believe me, questioned me relentlessly, and refused to admit that her employees messed up, forgot to tell me about a contract, and FORGED my signature multiple times.

Just giving everybody a heads up to be careful at this studio! They don’t take responsibility when they wrong customers.

I’ve been a member for over a year and love it. Great classes, very nice and knowledgeable instructors. They mix things up enough to never get the same workout and not get bored.
Good diversity and many time slots available.

Love this place. The front desk staff (all of them) are wonderful, helpful and always willing to help. Each instructor has their own amazing way they bring the Pilates to you. All instructors that I have had the privilege to get to know are great. Only tiny thing that would make my experience even better would be to place a small bench in the rest room to make getting changed (for work) much easier. Thank you so much for providing us with a great workout. Love you guys!!!
