Dryer was making a funny noise while operating so I didn’t want to continue to use it. Needed to finish drying and though its just a $1.50 I called to see if I could get it back.
Rick, the service rep was not only knowledgeable, but also courteous and cool. After a few simple questions (I’m sure to make sure I was an actual client) Rick was able to guide me thru the process and I got my money back. I was happy with these machines before, but now even more. Great jib with customer service, Commercial Laundries.
