showed up at 1100 for a 1200 appointment, they say “come back in 2 hours” i don’t feel like dealing with Miami traffic to try and find a parking spot so i park at the end of the road, which happens to a dead end. 2 hours go by and now they tell me it’s not going to be ready until 1600. What’s the point of making appointments if you can’t keep them? A driver shows up an hour late and most warehouses throw a fit and give you a fine or turn you away, but a shipper can be 4 hours late on their end and i just have to deal with it? Not to mention the fact that I’m still the one responsible for getting to the receiver on time despite them delaying me. Plus this place is a nightmare for a big truck, no business loading 53’sleeper trucks in this tiny little alley with cars and vans running all over the place when you’re trying to back up.
