Cordoba Luxury Rentals

I love living in Cordoba, it is a very clean, beautiful and pleasant rental complex. The maintenance service is excellent, very efficient. And Dania is a very courteous and friendly leasing agent. I recommend it!

Beautiful homes in a great location, but the staff has a very bad attitude, very disrespectful and lack of kindness and consideration to the people living here. Corporate should really consider bringing someone to train them on how to be kind and courteous

In 2010 I was the first person to move into Cordoba. I can’t say enough good things about this place. As of 2019, the same management and maintenance staff are still here. The building’s are kept impeccably clean. The landscaping, pools, gym and yoga studio are state of the art. The Zumba and Body Sculpting classes are free. The staff has always respectfully attended to me and quickly respond to any request I have ever had. There is a covered parking garage with residential access only and security, which for me this is priceless. This is a green building so recycling is available as well. Cordoba sits two minutes to the Palmetto and fifteen minutes to the beach. I highly recommended Cordoba Luxury Apartments. Their staff and maintenance are truly amazing!

This apartments are good for short time periods. Not so luxury as they said. They don’t have good pools areas. The gym it’s ok.
Something good they have its a security Sistem everywhere. And the apartment inside looks good, but at this price I prefer rent a house.

Nice apartments but overpriced. Maintenance staff is very kindly but personnel of management has bad attitude. It’s very disappointing because people feel they only want to make a sell and after that, you are not important. BTW AT&T is the only company available and Internet is very unreliable.
