Absolutely horrible . We were treated rudely from the minute we came in asked the rude lady her name she responded Sandy ( I am the general manager) we wanted to go swimming in a the pool in may in Miami she threatened to call the police on us for doing so. …stay away from this place to many other nice places to stay in Miami…had to go front desk to ask for coffee daily to make in our room no coffee for guest available. In lobby.
Lucky to get one star from me

I rate this place for than five stars if I could. Sandy the manager is extremely courteous and professional. Her staff is well chosen as well. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel. Great staff, property and attentiveness throughout the entire staff. Kudos to the manager for picking the right staff!!

We stayed in a King room suite and were very pleased with the room. The valet staff and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks so much guys!

My friends and I stayed at this establishment for the duration of 2 nights. Unfortunately in addition to finding bugs in our room, House keeping never came to clean our rooms. When speaking with the general manager Sandy, she seemed to care about the problem but after going into the office to speak with another manager she comes out and says “we got a complaint earlier of your lamp being on the balcony”, never did we ever move a lamp but even if we did. Why wouldn’t you come and investigate or say something then. They literally tried to blame us and make it seem like we did something wrong when we were addressing our concerns. The house keeping manager also “confirmed” with his staff that we refused service which makes absolutely no sense! We really handled the situation in a respectful manner, we did not become irate or rude when speaking of our concerns which is why I don’t understand why Sandy didn’t offer any solutions or explanation to make things better. After mentioning to us we booked under a discounted rate, she expected us to feel better about the neglect of service and poor cleaning. No matter what rate we booked. Money was spent as a paying customer, nothing should be excluded because of a rate. Mind you we never asked for a refund or additional discounted rate.

I want to recognize Richard at the front desk for being one of the most courteous hotel staff members I’ve ever been helped by! I had to ship 9 large boxes to the hotel for work and he was kind enough to help me get them out the door and genuinely cared that I had everything I needed when it came to checking that all my boxes had arrived and making sure I had water bottles for my room. Thank you for all of your assistance, Richard, you’re awesome!
