This company is TERRIBLE!!! If I can give zero stars I would. The front desk rep is never there and the office workers don’t help you in the window. THE WORST PART of this company is the warehouse manager LUZ!!!Sshe is rude and unprofessional . But yet, she is still in charge. I noticed they laid off many of the great workers they had. Now the company is down the crapper. NEWS FLASH CROWLEY…. FIRE LUZ and all your disorganization problems will go away!

Called Crowley to make payment for $35 warehouse fee. Next day driver was trying to pickup goods and was told we had not paid and would not release the shipment. Would not even accept Crowley own payment confirmation number i received. Hassled driver and our customs broker. What poor service, company does not even know that a customer paid. You need to update your computer system. Terrible. Get your act together.

This company left my twins without any birthday presents, despite me given them ample time for delivery to the Caribbean. My orders were placed in April (birthday was mid May), and I received 3 late shipments last one came in JUNE. (bc they kept realizing they had forgot to include everything).

They took NO accountability, tried to blame it on that “USPS lies” about their delivery dates. Interestingly my FEDX and UPS orders (that Crowley had to sign for in April) ALSO did NOT make it until June. They never addressed that and kept ignoring my emails and phone calls.

On top of THAT they had the AUDACITY to charge me for 3 shipments, instead of what should have been one, had they included all my stuff from the start. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,
