Did not help because DHL brought in into port. So, they cannot help getting it out of port??

Horrible service, can. It even talk to them on the phone without being hung up on, called twice and they were very rude, not recommended

I had a package for the first time in customs. Rolando was very quick to get it processed so I could avoid storage fees. He also helped get some messed up paperwork done so I could get my package fast. I highly recommend this place!
