Best Cvs ever, the pharmacist she is so helpful she is blonde and tall look for her she is amazing, a sweetheart and so is the pharmacy technician. I’m glad I ended up here usually CVS unfortunately sucks and they.have very bad customer service but not this one. Very clean store.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. Blame belongs to management and the ZERO sense of urgency they have fostered in their employees. Now they have shut down the drive-thru and forced customers to stand in ridiculous lines. If they are not losing your prescriptions they are processing them incorrectly resulting in higher fees. Whatever time estimate they give for your prescriptions to be ready- TRIPLE it!! It will absolutely never be ready on time. If you have United Healthcare they force you to use this place or pay 20% higher costs. Friggin nightmare! Other than that, employees are nice and try to help despite their own ineptitude.

Edit: They finally re-opened the drive thru and now ACTUALLY answer the phone. It’s progress, thus the extra 2-stars

The line at the pharmacy is just unbearable waited for over 1 hour and had to leave with our two month daughter because we just could not wait any longer. There used to be 3 windows: pickup, drop off and consultation. Now there is only one Line for ALL and the drive through has been closed for months now with a paper that states “temporarily closed”. I understand it is a small staff working at the pharmacy but being such an important location it should have more staff to cover, especially during the time of the holidays. During the month of November I had to return over three times because the line was just unbearable. And now in December the same story for my daughter’s medicine.

I would like to know when the district managers for CVS are going to take note of the HORRIBLE reviews at this location (???)
It’s one of the busiest CVS locations I’ve ever seen (which can’t be a surprise to anyone), yet they are always understaffed – especially in the Pharmacy. In recent months, I’ve noted that it takes minimum of 45 minutes in drive-thru line to pick up any prescription. They normally have 1 Pharmacist and 1 staff on duty. The staff member alternates between the in-store line and the drive-thru. Their staff should be scheduled accordingly based on the high volume for this store. I’m currently in line picking up what will be my last prescription at CVS. I’ve since moved all prescriptions to Publix but this one was accidentally called in to CVS 😡. I’ve been coming here for 15 years but …. done and done ✅
