Their warranty is a lie, and they DO NOT ship your mod back to you if they can’t repair it. And they will never replace it! Yes, that’s right, I’m out $189.00 + some on additional parts I bought because I even thought it was my fault my mod wasn’t working! They are extremely un professional, and talk to you as such. They won’t reply to your emails, but they will reply to you on Instagram until it is no longer in their budget to stand by their products.
If you want a legitimate product and experience , pick a different company.
Their junk website has no user guide, no question and answer page, your basically on your own with their 4 page manual that is less than helpful.
Do your research!!!! There are way better companies out there that give you a brand new mod and don’t re use and re sell parts!

DabMed, still waiting on the refund or my mod mailed back, it’s covered by your “warranty”, is it not?
