I have been going to Jennie since 1986 she is the owner an excellent hair dresser never a bad cut

Was not happy with service. I explained what I wanted and was expected to see results as close as what I asked for. I told the lady I was not happy with the result and the least I was expecting was for the person who did my hair was to tell me to come back another day to fix it.
Didn’t happen.
I ask to talk to the owner and they said he/she was not there.
Later on I found out the person who did my hair was the owner.
Very dissapointed , disrespecting and unprofessional.
Do not recommend for hair coloring (highlights)
