Excellent customer service

I purchased two of the same reamers online back in December. I received only one of them in a timely manner. I called them multiple times about receiving the other one, the first time I was told I would receive it in two business days. The next time I called about two weeks after I was that the product was back ordered and it should ship out the end of January. I called back today and was told it was still backordered. This place lacks customer service and follow through. No one ever tried reached out to me about this backorder and basically just gave me a runaround for 2 months every time I called. I would not recommend ordering from this place especially online.
