Placed order, watched pizza tracker, and it says delivered. However it was Not delivered. Called store, called store, … They continuously send me to hold and hung up on me. Reversed credit card charge, enjoy the charge back fee Amex will apply. Twenty minutes later they try to make delivery while on phone with American Express. … No thank you, already ordered pizza hut.

Learned from an employee there, during a casual investigative conversation, that the manager doesn’t honor the points earned , free pizza reward program because it doesn’t make a profit. So, according to employee, those orders fall to the side and avoid the customer altogether when they call.

Reported behavior and bad reviews to their corporate offices in writing and via Twitter.

Careful with fake reviewed and friend of management, with one or two review on Google altogether, placing positive reviews here for pizza. Satiated customers don’t chime in, they eat pizza and move on.

Placed online order. The order was delivered and when we went inside we realized that instead of the three sauces I had ordered they just placed one inside one of the boxes. Called the driver, called the store. The young lady on the phone was defensive and curt, even though I was not rude to her. She told me, in an exasperated tone, that it was an honest mistake and that she was going to send the driver back. I refused. He had already made the trip once, delivered, and received his tip. Now he should continue his deliveries. The oversight is not his fault. I was not even refunded for the money they charged me for the two sauces, which is just a dollar. A sincere apology would have been sufficient, but I didn’t get that either. The pizzas were yummy, the customer service left a bad taste on my mouth.

I had a little hiccup with my order. However,Johnathan the manager during that shift, was able to fix the situation and provide excellent customer service. I’ll definitely give it a another chance due to the responsibility and accountability shown by the staff. Great work.
