Know the place for years and the owner and personal trainer, Virgilio is outstanding.
Love the environment, the gym itself is well equiped and the location is convenient.
Always clean and the cafeteria makes good food!

This is an excellent gym. The facility is always very clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly and the owner Virgilio, a competitive bodybuilder, is always helpful giving tips around the gym without being aggressive. Love this place!

Undoubtedly this is the cleanest gym in Miami. The equipment is great the environment is spectacular and the music is off the chain. This is the kind of place you can leave your Rolex lying around and no one will take it. Virgil is always there to make sure that his game is always on point. Bottom line this place is cozy but stacked.
