I will never ever use Doral tours again..first of all my husband and I stayed at the clarion inn and suites miami airport because we were going on a cruise nov 4th…when we set up our trip to the port we were told we would be picked up at 11 am.the driver shows up at 10 am instead..the hotel told us to make arrangements with the driver for a return trip to the hotel upon return of our cruise..the driver tells us when he dropped us to the port that we should have arranged it with the hotel ..upon our return to port.we called the hotel and they pinged ponged us back and forth as to a ride.we got ahold of doral tours and they told us that someone was there looking for us..instead noone was…we called them again and the man on the phone told my husband not to call them anymore..they ended up picking us up but were very nasty and rude..they are unprofessional and ignorant.and will never get service from us again nor will we recommend them to anyone.but will report them to the better business bureau.

We had to fly into Miami a day early because of impending bad weather the next day so we didn’t have transportation set up. So we caught a cab to the hotel. We asked the hotel about a shuttle the next day and Doral was there dropping someone off. We paid for a round-trip from the hotel to the port, then return from the port to the airport. They picked us up on time. We knew it was a shared transfer so we expected them to pick up someone else that’s why we made our reservation early. We got to the ship in plenty of time. We called them when we returned and they were there on time. We went to the wrong pickup point, but they called us and met us where we were. There office called me a little while later to make sure that we were taken care of. As a travel agent I am always observing vendors and how they handle the customers. I appreciate good service and they took care of us. I would definitely use them again the next time I go to Miami.

They were 45 minutes late arriving at the cruise port. We were told when we bought the tickets that we would be taken directly from the port to the hotel. However, we made 2 stops at the Miami Airport then the driver forgot something at the airport so we had to go back again. USE UBER. IT IS MUCH MORE TIMELY AND HALF THE PRICE

Recommended by Hampton Inn to get to Miami Cruise port. Picked up on time and paid for return trip to Miami Airport when cruise was over. Was told that they make a run every 20 minutes to airport. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes upon return at Cruise Port, rep at curbside VERY unhelpful and rude and kept saying another 20 minutes but no one ever showed up. Had to take a taxi to airport so as not to miss flight, an extra $40.00 expense. Too bad there aren’t negative stars as that is all they deserve.

Tipped the driver well upon dropping my wife and I off at the port of Miami for our honeymoon cruise. Called day of pickup, and it took 1.5 hours for the driver to show up. We then proceeded to wait on other passengers for 30 minutes, and spent another 45 waiting on him to drop off all the other passengers we had already waited on. Our stop was last. The driver must not have used a gps, because he went in circles several times before finding the correct hotel.
