DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport & Convention Center

Amazing staff, i was visiting a friend about two months ago, it was an incredible experience , fruit platter by miss Charline Guerrier looks amazing, and the fruit plate that was sent to my room made by Zulema Zamora was incredible, I will definitely refer family and friends there. Amazing!

Convenience to the airport. Thats about all. Front desk was very polite in handling an issue respectfully. I didn’t use the convention section so of that i can not speak.

So the room is fairly clean and check in was efficient, but there is no coffee for guests. Also me and my wife went downstairs for breakfast and they said we would have to sit at different tables from each other to avoid giving each other covid-19. We’ve been in Miami for two weeks and this is not the law here, just hotels stupid policy.

I really wish I would have known that we wouldn’t have coffee in the morning or breakfast because I would have stayed somewhere else.

I stayed both here and the blue lagoon across the way and I recommend staying here! Excellent customer service! The maid was a sweetheart. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying here and will definitely be coming back. It’s cheaper staying at this location and better overall in my opinion. Thank you for making my stay welcoming and an awesome experience ❤️

This is a good hotel close to the airport. Amenities include restaurants, convenience stores, fitness center with a half court basketball court, hot chocolate chip cookies on registration and three types of fruit flavored water in the lobby. The staff are courteous and efficient especially Phoebe who is a gem. There are signs that the hotel is showing its age, well maintained overall but a touch shoddy. Our room had a shower that dripped and a sink drain that was slow to drain. In all a good experience.
