Taylor did a great job on Sunday to snake a clogged sewer line. We have used Orr in the past over the years. At the end of the day, you want someone who will show up and get the job done. Orr Plumbing did that today!

I had a very disappointing experience with Douglas Orr Plumbing that occurred toward the beginning of the year. The first plumber was either dishonest or incredibly incompetent. My impression is that he was dishonest. I was terribly overcharged for the service and if I hadn’t stopped the initial service, the plumber was going to break open the floor for the repair. When the second plumber came the day after, he fixed the problem in little to no time. He indicated that my issue was simply an old toilet that needed replacement. When I approached upper management for a concession given how overcharged I was, he wanted to talk off line. I refused indicating that I needed to have these communications in writing given the questionable business practices. I ultimately paid for my bill in full and plan on reaching out to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and possibly the state consumer protection agency.

I had great experiences with Douglas Orr plumbing. I got to know them from repair and installation projects sent by Home Depot. They are very responsive, communicative, punctual, professional and take pride and dedication in their work. Especially, Mary Jo, who is a coordinator for the projects helped me greatly and professionally during the entire projects. She sent over good plumbers especially Fernando, who has more than 20 years of plumbing experience did excellent job of installing, cleaning, instructing and giving advises. I highly recommend Douglas Orr plumbing for any plumbing related projects. They will do it to your complete satisfaction.

The administration of the company were very helpful in finding the proper water heater. They also took care of all the permits required to change and install the new heater in a time record. I had the heater installed and running in less than 48 hours. The contractor worked superbly and I can’t be thankful enough to have warm water back. Thanks for your help and congratulations for the staff you have.

The worst plumbing company i have ever had to deal with. Original inspection of the issue took place on a Saturday where i was charged a ridiculous amount for overtime. The plumber suggested i should purchase the individual parts from Home Depot as it would be more efficient then ordering the parts. After doing that i had to wait approximately 4 days for the companies so called “estimator” to send me an estimate of the total repairs which consisted of 3 bullet points. After approving that we scheduled an appointment for 9 am they arrived at 10 only to leave after 10 minutes because they were not fully equipped and came unprepared. They then came back after 5 hours late to the original appointment and did not finish the job. They basically up and vanished after completing 1/3 of the job and i had to call the service center where they gave me the corporate run around. Will never use their services again. I don’t blame the individual plumbers, i blame the company as a whole for its lack of professionalism.
