The doctor and her staff are amazing, my son loves her and so do I I highly recommend them.

No acudan aquí con su bebé. En un año de revisiones periódicas no fueron capaces de detectar un soplo en el corazón de nuestra niña. Al cambiarnos de centro, en la primera revisión ya se lo detectaron. Volvimos a la consulta de la señora granados y se encogieron de hombros. NO ACUDAN.

Doctor Granados is my children dr since I move to doral and I cannot be more satisfied with her attention and her staff, the nurses are always so supportive and sweet, anytime I call with an emergency they put me right a way in the schedule. My kids love came here even when alex hate neddles lol. Thank you Dr Granados and staff for the amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

If I could give half a star I would. The doctor herself is great; however her staff is actually the biggest disappointment ever. Besides the obvious language barrier, there is absolutely no professionalism and absolutely no compassion. My 1 year old son was displaying a technicality that was beyond my control in their system. His previous insurance was cancelled and he now had Medicaid. The assistant could see that the primary insurance had been cancelled however since Medicaid was still displaying Aetna they did not want to see my son who had a high fever and ear infection. They turned us away and said there was nothing they could do. My husband was there with the baby while I was at work and after waiting an hour while I was on the phone, it was concluded that the solution could be done immediately but would be resolved; however the assistant still did not allow my son to be seen. Unfortunately due to this occurrence we will no longer be patients with them and I highly advise against it.

She is a pretty fine doctor and very nice human being …!!! Miranda daughter loves her …
