Drivers collision was amazing, and Dayana was also amazing. They assisted me with the repair of my car and was able to provide me a rental meanwhile my car was being fixed. They kept me updated while the car was there and the process was super fast once my car was ready!

I can’t begin to find the words to express how truly satisfied I am with the exceptional service and care that I have received from Ismael Viguez and the entire team at Driver’s Collision Center. In all honesty, at first I was a bit reluctant to take my vehicle to a repair shop that I have never heard of and in an area unfamiliar to me, however I am so extremely satisfied with the quality customer service and the amazing repair to my vehicle I finally chose to have my car repaired at Driver’s Collision Center. My vehicle was unfortunately struck by a negligent lane changer right before the holidays and Ismael and the team took that very negative experience and turned it completely into a positive. The team was honest, sympathetic, personable, genuine and all around professional. Ismael helped me from start to finish. Before even deciding to go with the shop, Ismael offered a free estimate of the damage to give me an idea of how much the insurance company or even another repair shop should charge for the repair. He offered his assistance with the rental vehicle and delivered my vehicle on the date and time promised. Ismael kept me informed of all stages of the repair of my vehicle. He even reassured me that if he had to work extra hours and weekends to get the vehicle delivered before the holidays he was prepared to do so.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been the victim of a negligent Florida driver and my last experience at a huge prestigious auto repair shop in Pembroke Pines could never compare to Driver’s Collision Center. If ever you need repair work for your vehicle, you will not be disappointed in the care and professionalism at Driver’s Collision Center. I highly recommend Mr. Ismael Virguez and the entire team at Driver’s Collision Center.

Excellent service and very good prices, they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They also cleaned my car inside and out and even removed gum that had been stuck on my window for months. 10/10 would recommend
