Edible Arrangements

Only delivered part of the order. They were unresponsive at first and didn’t
really communicate their intention, but they did deliver the missing item almost a week later. They did add some extra fruit treats which was welcome and a thoughtful gesture, or so I believed until informed that my wife had to fight them tooth and nail for the fruit. They wanted to deliver only the missing item. Apparently it was ordered from Miami Gardens store but delivered by Doral store.

Purchased the most expensive Valentine’s day basket for 145$ and they forgot to add the 2 belgian cookie pops!!!! It was the most expensive part and was looking forward to trying it. Also, basket was pretty small for the price. Never again will buy from this company.

Terrible customer service. Janice, who said she was the owner had no clue as to whether my order had been delivered, then proceeded to tell me they did not know it was a school although it was specified at time of order online. These people should be fully trained as to how the entire ordering system works. Attitude from the start. DO NOT order from this location.

Not actually open till 7 waited outside hoping they were on break or something please advertise correct hours of operation
