Emser Tile

I am writing on behalf of one of the dealers for Emser Tile. I can honestly say that Emser Tile is one of the best vendors we have if not the best! And that is a lot to say being that we have hundreds of vendors. Max and his team are always very profesional and super fast when we need anything. My latest experience just proves how wonderful Max is and how he treats all of the customers that come his way with the best service! Thanks for all your help and we are really happy to be doing business with you!

It has truly been a pleasure to work with Emser Tile. Max is our contact and is always to very helpful. So far the experiences I have had with tile companies, Max by far has been the most informative. He is very good at finding what matches your needs and following up to make sure you found what you need.

Checked website and called to confirm open. Drove all the way out to Doral on Saturday 8/19. Arrived at 10:45. Sign on door says open 8-1 PM, lights on. Door locked, nobody working. No sign saying “Back in 10” or anything. Waited/called, nothing. Several other customers arrived and also very angry. What kind of business are you running?
