Worse company and unprofessional service. I’ve called them to no avail from anyone. I’ve had to go pick up my grandma for the third time after she was left stranded for 4 hours FOR THE THIRD TIME!!! Do not use this company and call your insurance to make sure they are not putting fake claims.

This company is horrible. They want you to answer 100 calls a day or 80 calls a day. They don’t care about quality at all. A lot of customers complaining how bad the transportation service is. Joey the supervisor is unprofessional and rude. Joey dates pretty CSR and will give favor in return. Corruption and unprofessional STAFF!!!

On April 10,2019 my mom had an appt at Mt. Sinai Hospital and the driver that was picking us up for an return trip home got lost trying to find us. I call back and spoke to David. This guy is all about customer satisfaction. He was AMAZING…he called for the Lyft service to pick us up and he stayed on the phone with me until the service picked us up …EXCELLENT COMPANY …EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
