I wanted to love this place because it’s convenient located and clean, but unfortunately, no. They told me that they we running specific genetic tests due to family history. I had the labs taken and called after about a month for results. After being told they weren’t in yet for another month, I was finally told they were never ordered. They also gave my husband a panic attack by telling him he had a heart problem. When he saw a cardiologist, he was told that they had misread the EKG and that what they said he had couldn’t be determined without an MRI anyway. Try to remember that your patients are human beings who will have reactions to your flippant and erroneous remarks. Train your people better.

I’ve been going to Family Medical Centre for 17 years now! The staff is wonderful & very helpful with anything you need. I recommend Dr. Case, Dr. Case-Diaz, & Dr. Perez.

I had an appointment with PA-C Yahima Balboa, and it was amazing! All the time I thought “Yahima, treat the patient, not the disease.” That happens when a doctor is committed to her profession, to her patients and to the continuous improvement of herself. Highly recommended!!

Staff is nice but the wait time is ridiculous. I didn’t get seen until an hour after my appointment. The clinic is super packed meaning they probably schedule a bunch of appointments for the same time and I hate when places do that because more bang for the buck for them, but takes away from the patient experience
