Very nice people, they make you feel at home. This franchise in particular it’s a family owned business.

Absolute waste of time. No pun intended. The clerk couldn’t even speak the bare minimum amount of English necessary to diagnose my watch and then expected me to speak her language when last I checked we were in the USA. Very unprofessional.

This place is absolutely awful, I don’t normally write reviews, but what happened to me with this place deserves a review. This place is located at the entrance of International mall and seems like a trustworthy place. It is NOT a trustworthy place , they stole a 1 inch piece from my 14 karat gold chain that I gave them to solder together and fix. Aside from the horrible service and unprofessional workers, they were supposed to call me when it was finished, but they never called and their number does not accept calls. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Very slow service and very bad quality as well; very bad with communication. Do not come here if you want it done on-time and well.

Full Story:

I dropped my automatic watch for repair because it was often incorrect by a few hours. This was the middle of October, 2017, they said they would inspect the watch and call me for an estimate in a week. This was done and I was told the watch required an overhaul; not unusual considering I had owned this automatic watch for several years without service. I was told this would take two weeks to complete. Up until now, service was fine.

I heard nothing from them for over a month, I also had a wedding coming up and wanted to wear my watch for this occasion. I began to call to find out when the watch would be ready, often they never answered the phone or when they did I was hung up on out of confusion. When I did finally get a hold of someone, they would tell me the watch would be ready “next week”. I was told “next week”, “next week” every week. My watch was not ready for the wedding and I was very upset. I began to call everyday asking for updates, and even still I was told “next week”.

Eventually I went to the station to see them in person. They searched their storage, and opened the safe, but could not find my watch and I began to get worried. Eventually they told me it must be at their other location and it will be ready “next week”. I try to be nice to people in retail and really not yell at them, but here I really wanted to, and I should have because I was beyond frustrated.

After 2 months and 2 weeks from first dropping my watch off I got a call that my watch was ready, finally. When I arrived again they could not find my watch, it was getting ridiculous. Finally one of the staff members came back from the mall and was wearing my watch! He told me he had been wearing it to test the time but this is unnecessary, there are tools to measure the accuracy of an automatic watch. Either they are not professional enough to have these tools, or he had been wearing my watch for 2 months for his own use.

On top of this wonderful service, they charged me full price for keeping my watch for over 2 months. Now that I have the watch, it is keeping time, but still loses 5 mins per day sometimes. I will need to take it somewhere else for an accurate overhaul.

A waste of money and more importantly a waste of time. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
