FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Went in to print important documents I needed same day. I tried to use the workstation computers. After several times of inserting my card in and out and getting an error message stating to ask for assistance I went to the desk to get help. Staff was EXTREMELY unpleasant and unhelpful. I was asked if i had another card (I don’t) and told the card readers won’t read credit cards that have even the slightest scratch on the strip (I’ve only had this card about a month now.) That’s it, no offer to enter my card information in manually, or assist me to get on a computer or even help me print my items whatsoever. Just awful customer service, some of the worst i have ever experienced.

This FedEx Station is above and beyond expectations. They always give you the best customer service and provide you the right direction when ever you need. I have been coming in to this location since 2010, everyone here from management and employees is like the follow the lead because all of them are always happy, with good energy. Thank you so much for being part of this amazing team always providing the assistant to us when ever is required. I love FedEx because they are the first one on the front line. Stay safe team.

Rude, rude, rude. I work hard for my money and I stink as a by product so grow up! If you don’t “fit in” they will treat you like trash. Last week came by ask to use some tape to seal my package “cant to it, becuase of CV-19” ok cool. Today a lady walked in and didn’t ask they just walk out to tape her package. I’ve never felt degraded in my life, but this fed-ex right here has very rude people. During CV-19 let’s find some new people for this store they need help.
