Normally, I go there and the service is fine. I usually drop off one to 5 boxes a week, but one morning the manager decided that 2 of my boxes should not be allowed to travel because they have holes to carry, but for him the boxes supposed to be in a pallet and they will allowed this last time only as a final WARNING.
Last time using the store.

Fui muito bem atendido. O local tem ótimos recursos para atender as mais diversas necessidades de impressão, escanear, enviar documentos, além de boa variedade de material para embalagem e envio de encomendas e correspondências. Quase tudo pode ser feito por self-service, mas os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos.

Muy mal todo. Necesitan personal. Una sola persona atendiendo es terrible. Deben mejorar mucho su servicio, sino nada de lo que hacen vale la pena.

I DROP OFF A FEDEX GROUND PACKAGE AND WAS INFORMED BY FEDEX EMPLOYEE OF A CHARGE REQUIRED BY THE HOTEL OF $10.00 THAT WOULD BE WAVED FOR THIS FIRST TIME ONLY SO I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS DROP OFF LOCATION.
