We placed an order and it’s taking more than 3 weeks (still counting). What’s worst it’s that I’m still not knowing when it will arrive. Thay always tell me that they will call me back with an ETA but they never do. Not a company to do business with…

Sent in for a quote called and was on hold for longer then 30 min several times. No one answers, and they don’t respond to your emails and are very unprofessional. They must be making a lot of money to just ignore a 5000 dollar order.

We placed an order on 11/28 were told it will take 2 days they will call on 12/3 we called and were told the part was there, it was a toilet part we were using a bucket to flush and on top they charged us 12 dollars for shipping on a 14 dollar part it should have been priority mail for $12.00

Every time I go over it takes at least 30 mins to get materials, whether it’s 2 items or 30. On top of that I always have to go back to the counter because either the inventory doesn’t match what the counter guys have on their computers or the counter guy (One specifically) gets your order wrong. So there goes another 20 mins waiting. From now on we’ll go to Bond.
