I’m very disappointed with this dentist I was there for one tooth to be removed the made test selling a lot the worst is that I bough the lies spend around 2000 and plus and Now because what they did to me I los to pieces. I’ve had a life changing experience with Dr. Fernandez. I have been ashamed of my smile for many years, until I came here. Thank you for returning my confidence and thank you for your patience. I am forever grateful to Dr. Fernandez , Brenda, Carla, and the entire staff for all the great treatment I have received. I can’t believe I am saying this, but I truly love going to the dentist now.

Friendly and professional staff with reliable prices. One star less because the long wait on weekends but you know that upfront..bring a good book and relax on their waiting room.

I came into the office at 10:30 my appointment was 11 and walk me in around 11 took a bunch of x-rays took down the most important thing payment method sent me on a chair to wait for the Doctor Who never showed up after an hour and a half went by but I walked in I decided to walk out nobody ever notice till I got to the front desk that I have not been seen this place is horrible the girls that work there are super nice but the doctor he’s a joke very poor poor poor people skills very on polite didn’t even say sorry for time he had me sitting in the chair waiting for him you guys should not treat people like this ….Walked out of that place when right next-door and was able to get my cleanup done in an hour we are so much hassle and we all so much paperwork you guys need to get your stuff together

It is a very nice business, it has two locations, Miami Lakes and Flagler St, the Flagler office in my personal opinion like everything else it has its good and its bad but more good than bad; the waiting time is one of the negative factors but the way I see it, it’s that it’s crowded because the service is good, we all know dentistry is very expensive, regardless the wait is always long but once inside you are seen pretty quick.

Parking is also a problem, parking is limited and is shared with other businesses.
I was referred by my daughter (not that it favored her in any way), you get evaluated, Dr tells you what you need done and then you are taken to an office for the financial part where you are told how much it will cost you, mode of payment, contract, etc

Another good thing is the Drs starting with Dr. Fernández, he is the nicest dentist I have ever met, quick and has great hands, you don’t feel much pain, Dr. Morejon is also super nice and very professional and Dr. Echeverry is also good, there is another dr but I just dealt with him only once, the medical staff, techs as well as the administrative staff are GREAT!!!!, the place is very clean, quiet atmosphere, plasmas in every room and a big one in the waiting area with free coffee.
