Great store but you should update your hours for these days. Online it says you are open until 6 and you are not.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service experience ever. I asked for a base water hair wax for gentlemen because I couldn’t find it and it seems to bothered them. They responded rudely and grimaced with their mouths as if I had asked for something from another world. Aren’t they paid to work ? employees like those two women bankrupt a business

Three stars for their lack of attention in customer service and at times knowledge in the products they sell and carry. I called to see if they carried a certain brand and item and their response was ‘I wouldn’t be able to tell you’ I then proceeded to ask for a manager or someone who could answer my questions before making the drive over. Luckily, I am Hispanic and therefore can communicate with this particular employee, but even with the upper hand in speaking the same language she was confused as into what I was asking. Nothing was accomplished. The one positive thing I can say is that they do carry a few tools I find useful and when I’m in a jam I’ve gone and purchased them. However, I haven’t been in over four years and don’t plan to go back anytime soon.
