Beyond pleased with the professional courteous customer service present at this branch. From the beginning to end my experience was very pleasant and not intimidating. The agent Michelle Rodriguez at the Miami branch that handle my account was very knowledgeable, compassionate about my situation and assertive with a reasonable solution that I could handle. I was very pleased and would of gave a rating of 6 stars if it was optional. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

Not sure if the expectations of a lot of people in Miami line up with a States responsibility. People need to do their research online prior to coming in the DOR. I witnessed personally while there a few interactions between state clerks and customers at the window. What I noticed is that people want everything done for them. Yes, the state does not make things super easy but it is also the business owners responsibility or representative to know what how to be prepared when coming in.

My experience with Luz Rocca was excellent. I treated her with respect and she did the same. How you approach people has a big part in your experience. Be kind and thoughtful of these state employees and what they deal with day in and day out.

Cheers!
