People here have no idea of what they’re doing. Beginning from the secretary who thinks she is speaking to a child. When someone makes time to go to a place like this people is expecting to be treated well and feel comfortable. My experience was awful. Seller says whatever just to get you sign the contract and then she starts adding a fees and more fees , honestly I don’t have a problem paying fees, but tell me before and I actually ask for them. They call you infinite times until the moment you pay. Discounts? A fairy tale. I won’t recommend this sales department. If you go , try to speak directly with a manager or a person with knowledge about what they’re doing.

If you would like to know how Fontainebleau Milton handles health problems and mold in your apartment READ this review and see the attached pictures. Fontainebleau milton was notified over 3 weeks about the health concerns. They tried to patch the ceiling that was peeling apart and then water began dripping through the ceiling and into my unit.

So I notified them of that. Guess what? Same patch work was done but the issue was not addressed. I had already notified them of my health concerns as I have asthma, they still did not care and did patch work one more time. Water began dripping through again. As I was working from home due to COVID complications they came in and did the initial 3 visits while I was in the room, and the third time the man began using aerosols and not wearing protective gear. They did not warn me.

Finally, as I lost trust in United Property Management to handle the issue, I posted on my door saying to not enter without my consent and wrote them a certified letter. Unfortunately, that day they entered the premises with a note on the door and everything.

This is the shadiest apartment complex I have ever lived in and they will only care about your money. They do not care about your health. There was mold in the hallway when we moved in but I did not give it thought until I found it in my own room and my ceiling was peeling.

They don’t monitor the animals in the complex as I have found animal feces in the hallways and in the stairwells. The hallways continuously wreak of awful smells. Especially the stairwells. It smells like people have been urinating in them.

Seriously, don’t let the tour of the nice areas or the really well set up showroom fool you.

Also, do not trust them. Management is dishonest and does not care about your health.

These apartments have been great so far. Of course there’s been some maintenance issues because as we all know the apartments are not brand new but maintenance has been quick to respond (1-3 days). Parking is a bit of an issue, specially if you get home at midnight from work ( like me), but you will be able to find some parking in the posterior garage ( you just have to walk a little bit) I don’t mind. The amenities are very nice and the cafecito in the mini market is amazing! The ladies in the lobby reception are very helpful. Alba helped with our lease and she was great!

These apartments have been great so far. Of course there’s been some maintenance issues because as we all know the apartments are not brand new but maintenance has been quick to respond (1-3 days). Parking is a bit of an issue, specially if you get home at midnight from work ( like me), but you will be able to find some parking in the posterior garage ( you just have to walk a little bit) I don’t mind. The amenities are very nice and the cafecito in the mini market is amazing! The ladies in the lobby reception are very helpful. Alba helped with our lease and she was great!

I have a great experience of staying in Milton apartment. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Maintenance is very good. Pool is a big advantage in this society. Playground and grill areas are great. Everything is very near by. Overall is a great place to live. I recommend to anyone.

This building is disgusting. When we moved in it seemed nice. Renovated kitchen and decent bathrooms but from the day we moved in there was signs of pest infestation.

The contract stated clearly you had 24 hours to advise of any roach or pest and luckily we took the time to inspect when we moved in. Saw some dead roaches and figured it was due to being empty.

This apartment since I have moved in has had roaches and as time has gone by it has gotten worst and worst. The management has not done anything to solve this issue and it is at a point that this is not even livable.

They have sent some people to “fumigate” but it never goes away. They take it very lightly as if it’s not a big deal yet the roaches don’t stop and they are in the whole building. I’ve talked to neighbors and they all have an issue.

I have found roaches, within my stove, in my drawers, on my toothbrush, in the dishwasher, on the fruits. It’s disgusting.

In fact, some have told me that management has moved them to other apartments in other buildings within the complex and they have the same issue with pest.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE.

They move you in as if nothing, knowing the issue at hand and do not offer real solutions for this expect “move out” yet they are not willing to refund you any deposits/fees or any adjustment to rent. Straight up scam.
