Forever 21

one worker yelled at me for accidentally dropping something, another worker followed me because she thought i was stealing, and the cashier made fun of me in spanish because i paid with dollar bills 1/5

The store is great, but I will never comeback! It took me forever to get someone to help, I had to make the line to be able to speak to someone to ask them a question and nobody even offered to check another store for the item I was looking for when I know this is possible since I buy from Forever 21 all the time! I had to go ask someone else (Stephanie) to check and her respond was for me to make the line again to have them check where to come get this item, I told her I had already done that and no one checked other stores for me and she kept telling me to make the line so I said I wasn’t going to make the line again because they didn’t check the first time, the hole time Stephanie had an attitude and didn’t want to help at all! She then asked Alejandra to check (in Spanish. She then spoke to her in Spanish the hole time) super rude because she didn’t even know if I spoke Spanish or not and they both speak English!!! Alejandra then started complaining about having to look for it in all the stores so I said to her in Spanish since they thought I didn’t understand that I needed to pick this up to please check. They said they couldn’t find any so I said to my boyfriend I would ordered them online and if he didn’t like then he could return them, when I said that Alejandra said I couldn’t return them because they are on sale which isn’t true because when you purchase online you can still return it, so not Iy they had an attitude and where lazy but they do not know the store policy! I honestly don’t even believe they checked in the computer for what I had asked them for, their body language and the way Stephanie left laughing from the counter makes me believe they just didn’t care to help and didn’t want to provide the information I asked for! Super unprofessional, lazy and lack of knowledge! I then asked Alejandra for Stephanie’s name and she refused to give it to me, so I went and asked Stephanie myself for her name, I am not sure this is her real name (she is about 5’5 dark brown hair, white skin and glasses) I am never buying there again! By the way I spent over $200 just this month so I am a good customer and you have now lost my business!

First time going to forever 21 during black friday… Never again! I suggest you people have real men design the so called “mens” section.

Nice layout. Store isnt too crowded

This was literally one of the nicest Forever 21 stores I have been in. It had lots of sales going on today 70% off 50% off it was awesome the selections were huge. The store was big and open so it didn’t feel all cluttered with that huge amount of people that was in there. I would definitely go back to this store again and it was such a great variety of things.
