U cant get no sleep living here , dogs bark all day and they start cutting grass at 7 am no respect for the tenants

There is such a rat infestation in this place that I’m surprised they aren’t being charged rent by now.

Rat infested and cockroaches everywhere! The elevator has been broken for YEARS. There are mountains of cigarette butts everywhere and tenants have a game of THROWING them at people. They crashed my car while it was PARKED. They stole a neighbors wheels off their car. The HOA feel like they OWN YOU they are disrespectful and they threaten you with fines because they want to. Oh and don’t think that the cameras work here the rats chewed through them.

Staying here for 1+ yrs . Super calm society. Ckean and nicely manages, wide roads enlugh pathways to walk. Nice neighborhood

We love this condominium, in fountaineblue this is a great neighbor Hood, a lots of shopping center very very close to minuts puedes ir caminando a muchisimas de estas tiendas de Flagler, la arquitectura, Guaooo, es Bello, en fountaineblue El mas Bello, y facil entrar y salir, muy trankilo, Buenos Vecinos, comunidad unida gente muy Fina luchadora, vas a querer vivir aqui.
