As home inspectors we always bring our cameras in for repairs and maintenance which always go smoothly, but today I came in with my laptop and had EXCELLENT service. Hythem helped me out, explained all my options in detail and gave me his professional opinions on my specific situation. They deleted all all my programs and files off my computer without my authorization! Did a restore that restored nothing! Horrible! Horrible! Now I’m screwed! Thanks experts and Geek Squad!!
