Giardino Gourmet Salads Downtown Doral

Convenient (local, close, on UberEats), but not cheap, and online orders hardly ever get made right. Ordered a wrap and a bowl and just got the wrap (which was prepared wrong). Uber driver simply raised her hand s and said “Im just a driver”. Clearly the receipt had the full amount and listed all ordered items, but I guess verifying might be too much to ask from someone doing deliveries.

Called the restaurant to inquire about the issue and the person who answered said they were closing so there was nothing they could do except to call Uber Eats.

Food is bland and flavorless as well…. So, no more Giardino for me. Not sure what they hype is about anyways 🤷🏻‍♂️

I usually only write reviews when I have a negative experience, but my experiences at this establishment are far too amazing! I come for lunch here often and the customer service is amazing. The owner really knows how to be hospitable. I come so often that he comped my salad, soup, and cookie! If he ever sees someone wait too long in line, he gives cookies! He really knows how to keep customers happy and the food is ALWAYS fresh! Going there today!

I love this location! I had a great experience today with my mom. Our wraps were absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. I definitely plan on returning very soon and adding some photos to this review. Thank you so much!

I could eat here every day… no questions asked. The owner/GM is incredibly nice and you can tell that they take pride in maintaining the freshest ingredients. The store is always impeccably clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The Thai Thai salad is a game changer…. I could drink the Spicy Peanut sauce for breakfast. Perfect place to get a healthy, nourishing lunch on work days which allow me to come back to the office energized instead of sluggish (which is how most other places around here make me feel). You guys rock!

A good selection of different salads and grain bowls. For my personal taste it’s a bit bland tasting. But good enough to have a comfortable meal with friends. The environment is well kept and clean, and a very welcoming staff.
