Gran Pollo

The customer service was good. Ordered the churrasco and fried chicken chunks. The steak was great but some of the chicken was under cooked so tasted like rubber. Will go one more time and order soemthing else. Place was not crowed for a Friday night and people were friendly

Excellent chicken seasoning, excellent service day in and day out. Service from all the staff make you feel at home specially from my regular servers Betsy and Rudy who are always looking to make my experience a tasteful and comforting one.

Great Food and also Customer Service, all this Crew take the time to understand your needs and explain the menu to help you on making your choice easier. Taste is like you’re in Venezuela. Kathryn provide an over expected service any time that I pass by to order my food.

The food was amazing. Super tender meats and savory sides. Great for.groups and sharing. Service is less than desirable but the food makes up for it.
