Well, if you love city hall… Getting answers and understanding the process was painful. It was bad in the USA and bad in Brazil (but, the local Brazil crew was great.) For example, we were told to go to the arrival port (a long day’s drive). We were wanting to – finally – move things along so we went ASAP. Monday morning – local holiday and everything was shut down. The person (our contact) who told us to go to the port went on vacation – no alternate. Next day – we went to the wrong port. Thank God for helpful Brazilians who were able to point us in the right direction. Off to the right port – no thanks to G-Inter. Anyway, things arrived about four months later than expected. So, rather than a home to live in we were camping out for months. Not fun. They may be the best in the business, but that’s not saying much.

Used their services to move from the US to Brazil. I had the best experience when compared to other companies that I had used before. The team in the US was polite, efficient and careful with the items of my concern. Diego, Reymundo, Adonis, Kelvin and Chester were part of the crew who helped me with my move. Patricia (office support) has always been available and fast when it comes to bring solutions.
