This has been by far the worst experience I have had with an association. The staff is not helpful and complaints are not followed up with. Very poor management on their end.

Takes forever for them to do anything. You have to call multiple times for anyone to answer. When they do answer they transfer you to someone else who doesn’t answer. Don’t bother leaving voice messages because they won’t call back. They really make your life a living hell. I had to go to their office three times in person just to speak to someone who would help me move into my apartment. They aren’t even polite or cordial to you when you speak to them and they act like they are doing you a favor instead of their job.
I really wish something could be done about this management service because they really are the most unprofessional management service I’ve ever seen.
