How far do employees get from Elizabeth Martinez lying to customers and Mrs. Addy Valdez covering her back. Its terrible that HCOA employees lies to a customer. New and old customers open their eyes with HCOA. In Mayagüez PR is even worse.

HCOA is a scam. When you move to another city they will charge you extra month in order to close the account. When you explain the situation to them and refuse to pay they will send you lots of spam in email and call you to threaten with collections. I reported this to my credit card company and was reimbursed right away by them but that doesn’t stop HCOA fighting with you for the un-paid $32.34. In the end I probably will be forced to pay for services not received but if my experience makes you to choose another gym I think we can call it even with HCOA since it is much bigger loss for them than for me over a principle.

After Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, the gyms here have been closed or with limited services. But they have continued to charge their clients monthly without giving the services. This is a breach of contract.
