Hertz

Terribly mismanaged location. After waiting for 30 minutes they tell me the don’t have the vehicle I want after being sent from another Hertz location that I waited to get service for 40 minutes and having a reservation; managers response after me telling him how long I’ve waited is “well, all you can do is wait if you want a car” I’ve been a loyal Hertz customer for more than 5 years and this is by far the worst car rental experience I’ve had.

We were referred to this location by another Hertz rep at a dealership who was also very helpful. He called this location to give them a heads up we would be visiting since they have a larger variety of vehicles on hand. Randy and Luis took care of us and were much more helpful than the customer service rep (who hung up on us) & the airport staff. Thanks!!

Worst customer service, I called to get information on a rental car, the first time I talked to someone and literally hang up the phone on me, 2nd call I talked to a representative ask about rental, in between laughter and unprofessional service, he said his name ” David” don’t know if real name was given, he made me wait 5 minutes and the demeanor and rudeness he address me was unbelievable, saying that he was almost off the clock and making inappropiate comments off me to someone else, while I was hearing everything. Never rent a car from them, In my opinion will never reccomend them and currently reporting them to Corporate Office and every business review platform. This company should have a more rigid hiring process, they certainly hire people that is not suited for customer service. If could report to BBB definetely will do so.

Service excellent. If Hotel very near, guys so nice take you the car. Plus excellent pizza place next door where a beautiful Maracucha young girl prepares you the best pizza. Better impossible!!! 10 stars!!!!
