Can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with this dealership. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Elias in April, sight unseen. After searching and dealing with multiple local dealers, we took a chance with this dealership. Right from the start Elias was informative and made us feel comfortable with our decision. He talked us through the vehicle history, walked through each area of the car via FaceTime, and coordinated the delivery. Christina in the office was organized with the paperwork and logistics. Upon delivery we had a minor issue with transportation, Elias took over the issue and resolved to our satisfaction. When we went to register the car, Mass DMV required different paperwork. Instead of leaving the DMV, Elias and Christina had the paperwork faxed within 10 minutes.
The car was as advertised, not a single aspect was unexpected.
Thanks again for a great experience. If we ever decide to buy another car unseen again, it will definitely be with Imports Collection.

I am impressive with the service they provided for buying my Mini Countryman. they provided great detail of vehicle history and also provided many ways to save my $$ on shipping my car and warranty transfer. Great deal, will buy vehicle from them again. already asking them to find me another vehicle. 🙂

My wife and I drove 250 miles to examine,test drive and ultimately buy a car here. The pictures and description were very accurate and the car was Offered at a Very Fair price. The owner of the dealership is meticulous about which quality cars he stocks for sale. Our experience dealing w/Elias and his wife could not had been any more professional or satisfying. Will definitely consider his vehicles when ready for our next automobile purchase.
