You guys took the best employee of the warehouse department he’s name was junior that kid could mannage and do everything on a sec really smart and no matter what you asked him he new everything of you didn’t had the load papers he will find it for you and get them feels good to see him and he happy to share conversations with the employee knowledgeable on everything you could imagine is sad that companies now days don’t see potential, now on the other hand there is 2 or more employees on the office when junior was alone and they take forevermore to do evrything super slow dont have knowledge at all on the logistics field and they always in the limbo and lost catastrophic good work who’ve took that amazing employee out you ruin your warehouse department now is trash
