Invicta Store at Miami International Mall

Invicta does not honor their 3 year warranty. after less than a year of normal use. A design defect caused condensation behind the glass. Invicta wanted to charge me to repair the watch for a design defect. Watch is now rusted out and is a compete total loss. This store refuses to make things right and give me a store credit for a replacement watch, after months of going back and forth with little to no communication from management. I will not be buying from this store anymore! Don’t waste your money!

The customer service was ok, but mind the products are overpiced. Look it up before you make your purchase…,you might save nearly $100. I got a BOGO deal, and even with the discount it was pricey.

Very professional customer service. Elaine helped us all the time with honesty and sympathy. Ask for her if you want someone with patience and knowledge.

If you like a big watch INVICTA is the one, in this store they are always promoting their brand. Right now they have two promotions going on @ the same time, but 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 3 free, a total of 5 watches. This is a pretty good deal, they are located inside the International Mall by the entrance of Old Navy at the end of the hallway.

Carlos help me pick out a nice selection of watches to add to my already large collection. Great advise with a amazing store to match
