I-storage was fantastic in helping us quickly obtain a storage unit for our daughters last-minute move out of Florida international University due to COVID-19. Cesar made the experience awesome! He took the time to explain everything and even let us check a couple of the units to see what we felt would best fit our needs. I would definitely recommend the storage facility to anyone.

So, I experiences beyond amazing customer service from the two store managers at this location Cesar and Ralph, When I first called to set my storage up I was extremely busy at work and didn’t have time for any kind of run around… This was literally the most painless process I have ever gone through when trying to open up a storage room for myself, they assisted me with sending me paperwork via email so I can start my process early and I would only need to sign a few documents as I entered the facility and I LOVED IT. I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for any busy or (non busy) person just trying to find a storage place!
