Juan Valdez Cafe

Who does not want to stop by and see old Juan! Nice little cafe with usual assortment of pastry items. Obviously being in Miami a few more Spanish local items in the mix. The staff were efficient and nice. The place was clean and the cappuccino I had was delicious. If this review was helpful please give me a like!

I genuinely love Juan Valdez Coffee and have been a consumer for years, with this said, my review is for this location and not the brand itself.

This store has an issue that can make the review go up if there fix it, which is that they Lack of good customer service.

Here’s my story: I drove for an hour to Doral and wanted to drink a good coffee before continuing the remainder of my drive which was another 45 minutes; I saw that the store closing hours was 10pm and arrived at 9:50pm, but the gentlemen in the picture said it was closed, I pointed to my watch and they gave me a thumbs up, which left me 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyways, hope this helps the owner understand that they lost not only my business, but another 12 people who wished to purchase at the same time as me.

Juan Valdez Cafe at City Place in Doral is a great place to get quality coffee and snacks. The service is fast and efficient and they prepare your order fast and keep the line moving. I like the vibe and feel of this location as it is relaxed and laid back. This is also a great place to have a business meeting or a comfortable place to get some work done if you need to. I was impressed with this Juan Valdez.

Great service, really good variety of colombian pastries as well as pound cakes, cookies, and coffee. Also nice environment to work and meet with friends. Inside an open concept mall great to have a stroll

Best Colombian coffee. Nice, neat, excellent service, and very well located.
This time I had chai tea and was very tasty, not over sweetened.
Go try it.
